How sport can help you find work

Doing sport has a number of undeniable physical and mental benefits. In addition, it is forming us use skills and competences throughout our lives. At the working level, we are acquiring skills that will help us to enrich our curriculum for the next job interview. These are some of the strengths that we can incorporate into our professional CV through sport.

10 strengths to find work through sport.

1. Creativity.

When we practice a sport we are improving our ability to generate new and different ideas to get our sporting goals. An example is the variety of turns generated in certain sports such as football or basketball, or creativity with exposures sports such as skating and rhythmic gymnastics are executed. 2. Emotional Intelligence.

Organizational culture are the rules, habits and values that promotes organizational structure and share the people who are shaping your institution and will help to control the interactions between the members of the organization as external environments.
