What is to empathy? The empathy is one of the main components of the emotional intelligence based in the recognition of the emotions in other people. This capacity improves the social relations when going back them more real and durable by the fact to feel identified with the another people; so much for the negative emotions as for the positive. Comprise what wish other people, how feels and how see the world is a very useful tool in the society in which we live. The globalisation and the way in which it produces the social relations, increasingly in the distance, does special upsetting in having a big capacity of empatizar with which surround us or even be able to do it in the distance.
What more empathic are better interactuamos with the others people. This capacity to take perspective with regard to the other is a form to obtain information very notable of the another people to put us in his place, in his emotions, and improve to his time our social skills. What says us the science on how improve the empathy?

The researchers carry time trying learn more on cuales are the mechanisms that help us to comprise to the other. So much the empathy like the taking of perspective (sometimes designated theory of the mind on the capacity to read the thought), form part of this skill to read the emotions of the other. However it does not treat of an alone skill but of a group of individual subordinated skills. Sometimes it is necessary focalizar the attention in the facial expressions and interpret the look; and in other occasions is better to think in the cultural background of the narrator and know his current personal needs.
The science still does not have clear what forms the core of these competitions neither in which part of the brain bases his operation. Philipp Kanske And Matthias Schurz (2020), the first professor in the YOUR Dresden, and the second of the Institute Donders in Nijmegen, together with a wide international team of researchers, have developed recently an integral explanatory model on the operation of the empathy and the taking of perspective. This study has been recently published in the magazine Psychological Bulletin.

According to Kanske, the empathy and the taking of perspective on the another process in the brain through a skilled main network that active in each social situation and depending on the situation involves other additional networks. Our brain reacts of flexible form to the individual needs.
The empathy, the main network can recognise significant situations as it can be the processing of the fear, but at the same time the brain works with other skilled areas, for example, for the facial recognition or the voice. The same occurs for the change of perspective, activate regions related with the past memories or the imagination of the future. That is to say, they activate parts of the brain of situations that do not observe in this precise moment. We can say that to have a good empathic skill also have to have some good previous experiences and a capacity of creation of future images, by what the development of the creativity could be very involved in a good empathy.
In the results of the studies shows that the social problems more complex require a combination of empathy and a change of perspective. The most competent people socially are used to to achieve see to the others people from the perspective of the feelings and of the thoughts achieving a balance between both skills. However, the fault of one of these skills does not have reason limit to the people in his social skills since it can be that it compensate them with other skills.
In definite, our brain adapts to the needs of the situation to generate empathy and perspective of form coordinated with other skills; by what the best form to improve our empathy and reading of the extraneous thought is the own experience. The biology of our brain is prepared for empatizar, ones will have it more or less developed of genetic way, but the experience will be the one who attain to retain in our brain the images that needs to recover to understand the expressions of the other and focus them to the future.
