relacionados con non durmir son o noso peor inimigo.\u00a0Mellorar a nosa hixiene do sono \u00e9 fundamental para eliminar\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/translate.google.com\/translate?hl=es&amp;prev=_t&amp;sl=es&amp;tl=gl&amp;u=https:\/\/sonodina.es\/productos\/melatonina-bicapa\/\">as dificultades<\/a>\u00a0para\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/translate.google.com\/translate?hl=es&amp;prev=_t&amp;sl=es&amp;tl=gl&amp;u=https:\/\/sonodina.es\/productos\/melatonina-bicapa\/\">durmir<\/a>\u00a0e aumentar o noso benestar xeral.<\/p>\n<h2>O so\u00f1o: a nosa planta de reciclaxe de estr\u00e9s<\/h2>\n<p>O estr\u00e9s \u00e9 un proceso psicol\u00f3xico adaptativo mediante o cal se activan no noso organismo mecanismos psicofisiol\u00f3xicos que nos permiten recoller m\u00e1is informaci\u00f3n e afrontar situaci\u00f3ns e conflitos do noso d\u00eda a d\u00eda coa maior celeridade posible.\u00a0\u00c9 como un estado de alerta que nos mant\u00e9n activos, atentos e motivados tanto mental como f\u00edsicamente.\u00a0Non obstante, esta actividade cerebral acumula residuos no noso cerebro que deben ser eliminados para non sobrecargalo de material estresante innecesariamente.<\/p>\n<p>Recentemente, un estudo da Universidade de Tsukuba (Xap\u00f3n) descubriu que\u00a0durante o sono prod\u00facese un aumento do fluxo sangu\u00edneo no noso cerebro\u00a0durante a fase REM, cuxa misi\u00f3n \u00e9 eliminar todos aqueles residuos que acumulamos ao longo do d\u00eda (Hayashi\u00a0et al. al\u00a0, 2021)\u00a0.\u00a0Esta \u00e9 a raz\u00f3n pola que ao durmir eliminamos parte do\u00a0desperdicio cerebral\u00a0acumulado (estr\u00e9s entre outros) e equilibramos os nosos niveis de ansiedade.\u00a0Se non, o noso nivel de estr\u00e9s segue aumentando incluso pola noite.\u00a0Cando durmimos ben, espertamos m\u00e1is relaxados e tranquilos.<\/p>\n<p>Ademais, durante o sono prod\u00facese outro fen\u00f3meno de gran importancia.\u00a0que \u00e9 a\u00a0consolidaci\u00f3n da informaci\u00f3n\u00a0que recibimos ao longo do d\u00eda, sobre todo mediante a asimilaci\u00f3n das emoci\u00f3ns na nosa memoria, segundo un estudo deste mesmo ano da Universidade de Michigan (Aton\u00a0et al\u00a0, 2021).\u00a0Por iso, un d\u00e9ficit de sono pode facer que ao d\u00eda seguinte te\u00f1amos que volver a procesar a mesma informaci\u00f3n emocional do d\u00eda anterior se queremos consolidala, polo que seguimos acumulando estr\u00e9s de forma indirecta.<\/p>\n<h2>E se non durmimos por estr\u00e9s?<\/h2>\n<p>Ademais destes efectos cognitivos sobre o procesamento da nosa informaci\u00f3n e da falta de limpeza e hixiene cerebral que produce a falta de sono, cando acumulamos falta de sono por estr\u00e9s hai outra serie de s\u00edntomas caracter\u00edsticos fundamentais:<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Imaxes mentais intrusivas, o teu cerebro entra en bucle ao non ter a informaci\u00f3n correctamente consolidada na memoria.<\/li>\n<li>Tremores, da tensi\u00f3n acumulada sen resolver.<\/li>\n<li>Despertares irregulares, o cerebro non entra na fase de sono polo que intenta mantelo alerta e esperto cando non est\u00e1 xogando.<\/li>\n<li>As preocupaci\u00f3ns recorrentes pola falta de sono ou as horas para durmir, que entran nun ciclo de preocupaci\u00f3ns que \u00e1 s\u00faa vez aumentan o noso nivel de estr\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li>Sensaci\u00f3n de somnolencia diurna, que aumenta a\u00ednda m\u00e1is a ansiedade xerada pola falta de sono ao non acadar o obxectivo de descanso necesario.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Soluci\u00f3ns para intentar durmir a pesar do estr\u00e9s<\/h2>\n<p>Que a causa da falta de sono \u00e9 o estr\u00e9s require da intervenci\u00f3n de diversas \u00e1reas para conseguir un resultado satisfactorio.\u00a0A xesti\u00f3n desta situaci\u00f3n a pesar de saber o que a provoca (familia, traballo, problemas econ\u00f3micos, problemas de relaci\u00f3n, responsabilidades, enfermidades, etc.) \u00e9 complexa e dif\u00edcil de illar cando chega o momento do descanso.\u00a0En li\u00f1as xerais, \u00e9 estados de tensi\u00f3n, axudar\u00e1 aos nosos neurotransmisores cerebrais encargados de a ansiedade de control para facer o seu traballo: serotonina, norepinefrina e GABA.\u00a0Ademais, hai alimentos que tam\u00e9n nos axudan a regular a melatonina (encargada de regular os ciclos circadianos sono-vixilia), como os froitos secos ou as verduras de folla verde.\u00a0Alg\u00fans destes alimentos son os ar\u00e1ndanos, o aguacate, o salm\u00f3n, os froitos secos, o chocolate negro, os l\u00e1cteos ou o pavo entre outros.\u00a0Por este motivo, non debemos descartar o uso de\u00a0complementos alimenticios\u00a0ricos en\u00a0melatonina\u00a0que nos axuden a adormecer de forma m\u00e1is eficiente se non o incorporamos o suficiente \u00e1 nosa
