Estas son algunhas delas.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong> Escoita activa<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u00c9 importante que a persoa que se est\u00e1 comunicando connosco saiba que a estamos entendendo e senta esa retroalimentaci\u00f3n que mellorar\u00e1 a calidade da mensaxe, farao m\u00e1is conciso e evitar\u00e1 divagaciones na conversaci\u00f3n. Podemos realizar pequenos xestos como asentir coa cabeza, ou dicir algunhas palabras que suxiran que se est\u00e1 entendendo o que se est\u00e1 dicindo. Usar palabras como \u201centendo\u2026\u201d; \u201csi..\u201d; realizar algunha pregunta para aclarar o que se est\u00e1 falando ou mesmo realizar comentarios para enriquecer o di\u00e1logo. Traballar a nosa intelixencia emocional a trav\u00e9s do autoconocimiento e saber p\u00f3r nome a nosas propias emoci\u00f3ns axudar\u00e1 a que esa informaci\u00f3n emocional estea ben trasladada ao noso discurso.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><strong> Empat\u00eda<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Relacionado cunha boa xesti\u00f3n emocional est\u00e1 a capacidade emp\u00e1tica de porse no lugar do outro a nivel afectivo para saber como se pode estar a sentir a outra persoa e si esa emoci\u00f3n \u00e9 coherente co que quere expresar. Ser emp\u00e1tica axudar\u00e1 a mellorar o fluxo da comunicaci\u00f3n xa que podemos achegar comentarios afectivos que melloren o entendemento emocional do que se quere comunicar.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><strong> Linguaxe non verbal<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Non s\u00f3 comunicamos con palabras\u00a0 sen\u00f3n que tam\u00e9n o facemos cos nosos movementos corporais, a distancia \u00e1 que nos atopamos, os xestos que realizamos con brazos, mans e pernas. \u00c9 importante non ter unha posici\u00f3n moi defensiva (a non ser que si queremos defendernos dun ataque), para iso podemos evitar ter os brazos cruzados ou lanzar miradas desafiantes.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li><strong> Negociaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>As posturas de d\u00faas persoas (ou de m\u00e1is) non te\u00f1en porqu\u00e9 ser as mesmas, de feito\u00a0 non adoitan selo. Isto \u00e9 algo que evolutivamente fainos mellorar porque aprendemos dos acertos dos demais e tent\u00e1molos replicar nas nosas conversaci\u00f3ns. Ante esta situaci\u00f3n de desequilibrio de intereses \u00e9 importante manter a conversaci\u00f3n cando estes intereses si sexan com\u00fans sen invadir demasiado \u00e1 outra persoa ata que aos poucos dial\u00f3guese at\u00e9 un punto m\u00e1is en com\u00fan da tem\u00e1tica que se estea tratando. Iso si, respectando as crenzas e ideais dos demais e realizando unha comunicaci\u00f3n non violenta.<\/p>\n<p>Por \u00faltimo e non menos importante \u00e9 tentar crear un clima distendido e sen tensi\u00f3ns, que mellore a complicidade na conversaci\u00f3n e, de ser necesario, que o sentido do humor sexa parte da conversaci\u00f3n.
