A <strong>sa\u00fade mental<\/strong> \u00e9 un grave problema que se est\u00e1 instaurando cada d\u00eda m\u00e1is na nosa sociedade polo que utilizar o deporte na s\u00faa prevenci\u00f3n e mesmo intervenci\u00f3n \u00e9 un factor crave para este aspecto das nosas vidas.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u00daltimos estudos cient\u00edficos sobre actividade f\u00edsica e sa\u00fade mental<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Cada d\u00eda son m\u00e1is os estudos cient\u00edficos que reportan sobre os beneficios da actividade f\u00edsica sobre a nosa cognici\u00f3n, emoci\u00f3ns e sa\u00fade mental. Todas son boas raz\u00f3ns para empezar no <a href=\"https:\/\/www.smartfit.com.mx\/\">gym<\/a> ou iniciarse nunha actividade deportiva nova e comezar a sentir tam\u00e9n unha mellor\u00eda mental. Imos facer un repaso do que di a ciencia respecto diso nas \u00faltimas investigaci\u00f3ns que relacionan o exercicio f\u00edsico coa sa\u00fade mental.<\/p>\n<h3>Deporte como modulador cerebral natural<\/h3>\n<p>Primeiramente, debemos lembrar que a actividade f\u00edsica reporta grandes beneficios como regulador natural de moitos dos neurotransmisores cerebrais implicados na nosa sa\u00fade mental como son a <strong>serotonina<\/strong> (mellora estados de \u00e1nimo baixos), <strong>endorfina<\/strong> (analx\u00e9sico natural que regula a tensi\u00f3n), <strong>oxitocina<\/strong> (modula procesos emocionais) ou a <strong>dopamina<\/strong> que \u00e9 o neurotransmisor responsable do pracer.<\/p>\n<p>O exercicio act\u00faa coma se dun fertilizante trat\u00e1sese aumentando os niveis do <strong>factor neurotr\u00f3fico<\/strong> derivado do cerebro que \u00e9 o responsable de mellorar as conexi\u00f3ns sin\u00e1pticas do cerebro e remodelalas (plasticidad neuronal).<\/p>\n<h3><strong>A actividade f\u00edsica prev\u00e9n a depresi\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Toda esta actividade cerebral que se pon en movemento grazas \u00e1 actividade f\u00edsica fomenta a capacidade que ten o cerebro para cambiar e adaptarse \u00e1s situaci\u00f3ns. Durante a actividade f\u00edsica teremos que superar retos e crises que mellorar\u00e1n a nosa capacidade de<strong> resiliencia<\/strong> persoal. Esta adaptabilidad\u00a0 do cerebro reduce os s\u00edntomas depresivos e mellora os procesos de aprendizaxe cando se realiza unha actividade f\u00edsica de maneira programada e continuada. Son os datos reflectidos por un recente estudo levado a cabo pola Universidade de Bochum (Alema\u00f1a) publicado en xu\u00f1o de 2021 na revista <em>Frontiers in <\/em>Psychiatry .<\/p>\n<h3><strong>O exercicio f\u00edsico promove as funci\u00f3ns cognitivas na vellez<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Outra recente investigaci\u00f3n da Universidade de Tamagawa e a Universidade de Kobe en Xap\u00f3n, publicada na revista <em>Neuroimage<\/em> en maio de 2021, asociou de maneira positiva o exercicio en idade infantil cunhas mellores funci\u00f3ns cognitivas na etapa adulta. Os resultados do estudo revelaron que as conexi\u00f3ns entre os hemisferios cerebrais e a rede neural eran m\u00e1is fortes nas persoas que practicaran deporte de nenos xa que estes eran capaces de resolver mellor determinadas tarefas de cognici\u00f3n<\/p>\n<h3><strong>O exercicio aer\u00f3bico mellora a aprendizaxe do vocabulario<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Cando falamos de mellor\u00eda sobre a nosa sa\u00fade mental adoitamos asociala s\u00f3 a que o deporte prev\u00e9n de trastornos como a ansiedade e a depresi\u00f3n. Con todo, tam\u00e9n mellora o noso benestar mellorando funci\u00f3ns tales como a aprendizaxe, a comunicaci\u00f3n, a xesti\u00f3n de conflitos ou a <a href=\"https:\/\/psicopico.com\/deporte-mejora-inteligencia-emocional-segun-ciencia\/\"><strong>intelixencia emocional<\/strong><\/a>.
