En calquera pr\u00e1ctica deportiva ter unha alta capacidade atencional e de concentraci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 clave para maximizar o rendemento polo que o seu adestramento debe formar parte da planificaci\u00f3n deportiva.<\/p>\n<p>O<strong> adestramento da atenci\u00f3n e a concentraci\u00f3n<\/strong> ten como obxectivo principal dirixir ao deportista nunha direcci\u00f3n concreta que permita procesar a informaci\u00f3n m\u00e1is relevante para realizar unha determinada acci\u00f3n. O deportista ten que aprender a interpretar a contorna para xerar as respostas motrices m\u00e1is eficientes. Estes est\u00edmulos poden proceder do exterior (ambiente, lances do xogo, etc.) ou do propio interior do individio (pensamento irracionais, en bucle, etc.), distracci\u00f3ns que poden reducir o foco atencional e por tanto a probabilidade de \u00e9xito.<\/p>\n<p>&gt;&gt; Artigo relacionado: <a href=\"https:\/\/psicopico.com\/preparacion-psicologica-para-la-competicion-la-psicologia-como-parte-de-la-planificacion-deportiva\/\">A preparaci\u00f3n psicol\u00f3xica para a competici\u00f3n como parte da planificaci\u00f3n deportiva.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9benselle proporcionar \u00e1s deportista ferramentas e estratexias para mellorar a s\u00faa capacidade atencional, tarefa na que os psic\u00f3logos deportivos deben p\u00f3r \u00e9nfases xa que \u00e9 unha das variables psicol\u00f3xicas m\u00e1is importantes no deporte, sobre todo naqueles que esixen niveis moi altos de atenci\u00f3n ou concentraci\u00f3n como os deportes de precisi\u00f3n (tiro, golf, etc.) ou ensinar ao deportista a manexar o seu proceso atencional en funci\u00f3n do momento do xogo, por exemplo cando un xogador de f\u00fatbol disponse a lanzar un penalti ou unha falta directa.<\/p>\n<p>Cada deportista e cada disciplina deportiva \u00e9 diferente polo que en primeiro lugar d\u00e9bese co\u00f1ecer cal \u00e9 o <a href=\"https:\/\/psicopico.com\/la-activacion-optima-clave-del-rendimiento-deportivo\/\">nivel de activaci\u00f3n \u00f3ptimo<\/a> para adaptar as estratexias e ferramentas de xesti\u00f3n atencional ao seu programa de adestramento espec\u00edfico e \u00e1s s\u00faas propias variables a controlar.<\/p>\n<h1><strong>Variables psicol\u00f3xicas a controlar para a mellora da atenci\u00f3n e a concentraci\u00f3n no deporte.\u00a0<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>Como xa avanzamos, os est\u00edmulos que poden distraer ao deportista poden proceder do exterior ou do interior. Estes \u00faltimos son quizais os que m\u00e1is hai que traballar cos deportistas que deben aprender a direccionar ou eliminar os pensamentos negativos ou distractores e cambialos por aqueles outros m\u00e1is positivos ou que favorezan a execuci\u00f3n e reduzan os niveis de ansiedade cara aos niveis de activaci\u00f3n m\u00e1is \u00f3ptimo.<\/p>\n<p>Si por exemplo, un tirador ol\u00edmpico no momento xusto de disparar v\u00e9nselle ao pensamento a posibilidade de errar fose do branco (10) ou que si falla perder\u00e1 o campionato debe deterse ese pensamento inmediatamente ou perder\u00e1 o control da situaci\u00f3n e de maneira inconsciente o seu propio cerebro executar\u00e1 a tarefa conforme ao pensado erroneamente: disparar ao 8 no canto da o 10. O noso propio cerebro transfire ese pensamento \u00e1 conduta observable para autojustificar ese pensamento. D\u00e9bese traballar para cambiar ese pensamento pola contra a isto co\u00f1\u00e9ceselle como detenci\u00f3n do pensamento e para iso existen numerosas t\u00e9cnicas para restablecer o foco atencional. Estes son alg\u00fans dos recursos que se poden utilizar:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Reemplazamiento do pensamento<\/strong>: real\u00edzase un repaso, mesmo por escrito, daqueles pensamentos positivos que reforcen ao deportista. Por exemplo, recordos de boas execuci\u00f3ns anteriores, visualizaci\u00f3n da t\u00e9cnica correcta ou de logros deportivos que reduzan o risco de aparezan os pensamentos intrusivos. A toma de autoconsciencia de que o deportista \u00e9 capaz de executar con garant\u00edas a tarefa. Si aparece o pensamento negativo p\u00f3dese utilizar unha imaxe mental que a substit\u00faa, como unha boa execuci\u00f3n anterior que te\u00f1an o deportista previamente interiorizada.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Centrar a atenci\u00f3n ao interior do deportista.<\/strong> Isto cons\u00e9guese mediante <a href=\"https:\/\/psicopico.com\/la-tecnica-relajacion-progresiva-jacobson\/\">ferramentas de relaxaci\u00f3n<\/a> ou t\u00e9cnicas de respiraci\u00f3n que fomenten o autocontrol do deportista para que sexa capaz de tomar conciencia e anticiparse a que aparezan os pensamentos inadecuados.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Centrar a atenci\u00f3n de maneira externa<\/strong>. \u00c9 dicir, unha vez que se produza o pensamento intrusivo realizar alg\u00fan tipo de conduta rutineira para eliminala ou substitu\u00edla como pode ser realizar alg\u00fan tipo de autoinstrucci\u00f3n (ti podes!, es capaz!, etc.) ou levar o foco atencional a outro lado como pode ser: atarse as zapatillas, fixarse no obxectivo, mirar a un determinado lugar xa adestrado ou unha conduta que sirva para reiniciar o procesamiento da informaci\u00f3n implicada na execuci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Adestrar no control da tarefa<\/strong> para que o xogador aprenda a executala cando ten o foco atenci\u00f3n en equilibrio. \u00c9 importante para isto o traballo da <a href=\"https:\/\/psicopico.com\/la-inteligencia-emocional-definicion-historica\/\">intelixencia emocional<\/a>, a <a href=\"https:\/\/psicopico.com\/autoeficacia-profesional-empujon-hacia-exito-laboral\/\">autoeficacia percibida<\/a> e a toma de conciencia emocional. \u00c9 determinante saber elixir o momento exacto para executar, sobre todo nos deportes de precisi\u00f3n, como xa dixemos anteriormente.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><strong>T\u00e9cnicas para a mellora da atenci\u00f3n e a concentraci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Dentro dos recursos xa falamos e m\u00e1is concretamente, podemos falar de certas t\u00e9cnicas que se poden aplicar no adestramento:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Simulaci\u00f3n da pr\u00e1ctica deportiva<\/strong>. Xa sexa en imaxinaci\u00f3n ou visualizaci\u00f3n ou recreando as situaci\u00f3ns de competici\u00f3n no adestramento. Canto m\u00e1is adestremos unha situaci\u00f3n real m\u00e1is control teremos dela despois na competici\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Uso de palabras crave<\/strong>. P\u00f3dese ter certas palabras referencia ou clave que sirva de &#8220;interruptor&#8221; para o procesamiento correcto da informaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Xerar rutinas<\/strong>. Ter unha rutina clara pode facilitar o procesamiento do foco atencional porque reduce as distracci\u00f3ns ao verse &#8220;obrigado&#8221; a concentrarse na rutina<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dominio da t\u00e9cnica.<\/strong> Evidentemente, a mellora t\u00e9cnica facilita a atenci\u00f3n pero dentro deste aspecto o m\u00e1is importantes \u00e9 que o deportista sexa consciente de que ten a t\u00e9cnica suficiente e de non ser as\u00ed que pode mellorala.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Emprego do pensamento non cr\u00edtico<\/strong> de forma que se focalice o &#8220;como&#8221; ao &#8220;que&#8221;. Como podo mellorar?<\/li>\n<li><strong>Focalizaci\u00f3n no presente.<\/strong> Isto \u00e9 fundamental para evitar que o deportista se centre en situaci\u00f3ns erradas anteriores.<\/li>\n<li><strong>V\u00eddeos<\/strong>. O deportista debe ser capaz de verse a si mesmo realizando as tarefas para aprender a co\u00f1ecer cando ou porqu\u00e9 hase descentrado na execuci\u00f3n.
