Ademais, este tipo de l\u00edder consegue co seu comportamento que os seus seguidores mesmo superen as expectativas iniciais marcadas polo que logra <strong>optimizar<\/strong>\u00a0os resultados o cal \u00e9 outra peza crave m\u00e1is nos procesos de cambio organizacional.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">&gt;&gt; Artigo relacionado: <a href=\"https:\/\/psicopico.com\/motivar-empleados\/\">Como motivar aos empregados: 7 motivaci\u00f3ns b\u00e1sicas<\/a>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Liderado transformacional, a mellor alternativa para a organizaci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Recentemente, demostrouse nun <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/science\/article\/pii\/S1576596216300159\">estudo realizado na Universidade do Pa\u00eds Vasco<\/a>\u00a0que o estilo de liderado transformacional consegue maiores niveis en satisfacci\u00f3n co l\u00edder, <a href=\"https:\/\/psicopico.com\/autoeficacia-profesional-empujon-hacia-exito-laboral\/\"><strong>autoeficacia percibida<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0e motivaci\u00f3n dos empregados \u00e1 hora de traballar que outros tipos de liderado de similar corte, como o liderado transaccional (Hermosilla, Amutio, D\u00e1 Costa e P\u00e1ez, 2016). Este estudo foi realizado tras contrastar datos de empresas do norte de Espa\u00f1a (Pa\u00eds Vasco e Navarra) obtidos de entre 47 directivos e 107 subordinados.<\/p>\n<p>Cos datos na man, podemos dicir que o liderado transformacional \u00e9 actualmente unha boa estratexia para o crecemento e cambio de calquera tipo de organizaci\u00f3n polo que os directivos e donos das empresas deben estar atentos \u00e1 hora de saber elixir aos seus l\u00edderes ou transformarse nun adecuado aos seus obxectivos.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">&gt;&gt; Artigo relacionado: <a href=\"https:\/\/psicopico.com\/diferencias-gestor-lider-una-organizacion\/\">Diferenzas entre xestor e l\u00edder dunha organizaci\u00f3n<\/a>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Outros tipos de liderado.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>A\u00ednda que dicimos que o transformacional \u00e9 unha boa elecci\u00f3n para os procesos de cambio organizacionales existen outros <strong>estilos de liderado<\/strong> que cabe ter en conta xa que en funci\u00f3n do estilo de empresa, as persoas e os obxectivos marcados p\u00f3dense adaptar mellor \u00e1s nosas necesidades:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Liderado autocr\u00e1tico<\/strong>. Control absoluto das operaci\u00f3ns e tomas de decisi\u00f3n realizando indicaci\u00f3ns tallantes e f\u00e9rreas o cal pode chegar a ser <a href=\"https:\/\/psicopico.com\/motivar-empleados\/\">desmotivante para os empregados<\/a>. Non recomendado, pero por desgraza, moi utilizado.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Liderado participativo ou democr\u00e1tico.<\/strong> Basicamente o contrario ao autocr\u00e1tico. O l\u00edder participativo realiza consultas ao resto do <a href=\"https:\/\/psicopico.com\/entrenas-a-un-grupo-o-a-un-equipo\/\">equipo<\/a> antes de tomar unha decisi\u00f3n final. Recomendado para o traballo de equipo onde premia a calidade do produto ou servizo final.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Liderado carism\u00e1tico<\/strong>. L\u00edder inspirador e con grandes capacidades de atracci\u00f3n e seduci\u00f3n coas persoas ao seu cargo, xeralmente con niveis altos de intelixencia emocional para saber manexar a contorna emocional do grupo de traballo ao seu favor.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Liderado lateral<\/strong>. Son aqueles l\u00edderes que xorden dentro dun mesmo nivel xer\u00e1rquico. Nun grupo de traballo aparece unha persoa que colle as rendas dun proxecto e infl\u00fae nas demais motivando cara ao obxectivo marcado polo l\u00edder superior a el que debe permitir este tipo de comportamento.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Liderado transaccional.<\/strong>\u00a0Este tipo de l\u00edder basea a s\u00faa xesti\u00f3n de equipo en procesos de intercambio de de recompensas. Sabe reforzar o rendemento dos seus traballadores polo que o beneficio do cumprimento de obxectivos \u00e9 mutuo.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Liderado laissez-faire ou delegativo<\/strong>. Se parte da base de que se pode utilizar con empregados con alta <a href=\"https:\/\/psicopico.com\/componentes-la-inteligencia-emocional\/\"><strong>automotivaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/a>, experiencia e <a href=\"https:\/\/psicopico.com\/entrenar-para-entrenar-la-importancia-de-formarse-en-competencias\/\">adestramento<\/a> previo aos que non fai falta estar a supervisar continuamente, o cal mesmo pode facelos sentir inc\u00f3modos nas s\u00faas tarefas.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Liderado transformacional<\/strong>.
