Non s\u00f3 \u00e9 utilizado con fins de selecci\u00f3n de persoal sen\u00f3n que se pode aplicar na promoci\u00f3n de empregados, para detectar necesidades formativas ou ben para identificar a potencialidade de posibles directivos. \u00c9 por tanto, un m\u00e9todo sistem\u00e1tico de avaliaci\u00f3n de persoas como ben di o seu nome que traducido ao espa\u00f1ol ser\u00eda <strong>Centro de Avaliaci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Durante o proceso de <em>Assessment Center<\/em> real\u00edzanse simulaci\u00f3ns de tarefas e actividades propias do posto de traballo aos candidatos sendo <a href=\"http:\/\/psicopico.com\/tipos-fases-observacion-del-comportamiento\/\"><strong>observados<\/strong><\/a> por especialistas evaluadores que toman notas sobre o visto en cada un dos candidatos de face a lograr un consenso entre eles para a contrataci\u00f3n final da persoa m\u00e1is id\u00f3nea para o posto. Ao final de proceso entr\u00e9gase un informe individual a cada participante co diagn\u00f3stico final dos puntos fortes e d\u00e9biles que se observaron e das necesidades formativas e de desenvolvemento para desempe\u00f1ar correctamente o posto de traballo.<\/p>\n<p>&gt;&gt; Artigo relacionado: <a href=\"http:\/\/psicopico.com\/tipos-fases-observacion-del-comportamiento\/\">Tipos e fases de observaci\u00f3n do comportamento.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Caracter\u00edsticas principais do <em>Assessment Center.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Para realizar correctamente esta t\u00e9cnica de selecci\u00f3n \u00e9 conveniente cumprir con este tres premisas:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>\u00c9 conveniente que o n\u00famero de candidatos non sexa superior a 12 e que estes sexa divididos en dous grupos de 6.<\/strong> Esta cifra \u00e9 id\u00f3nea para realizar os exercicios situacionais, os grupos de discusi\u00f3n e realizar a avaliaci\u00f3n entre compa\u00f1eiros con maior precisi\u00f3n. Tr\u00e1tase por tanto de que o observador sexa capaz de identificar e anotar todas as eventualidades durante o proceso.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00c9 necesario que participen varios evaluadores<\/strong>. Por unha banda para conseguir recoller a maior cantidade de informaci\u00f3n e por outro para poder realizar unha discusi\u00f3n apropiada entre evaluadores e que non sexa s\u00f3 decisi\u00f3n unilateral.<\/li>\n<li><strong>D\u00e9bense inclu\u00edr outras probas m\u00e1is tradicionais como as probas obxectivas (redacci\u00f3n de exercicios ou test), probas proyectivas e entrevistas<\/strong> para conseguir o mellor perfil de profesionalidade e personalidade posible. \u00c9 unha forma de poder realizar comparaci\u00f3ns coa observaci\u00f3n de maneira que os resultados obxectivos v\u00f3lvanse congruentes co observado nun contexto m\u00e1is real.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&gt;&gt; Artigo relacionado: <a href=\"http:\/\/psicopico.com\/analisis-puestos-trabajo\/\">A an\u00e1lise de postos de traballo.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Fases do proceso de <em>Assessment Center.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>P\u00f3dense diferenciar at\u00e9 catro fases no proceso de avaliaci\u00f3n e valoraci\u00f3n dos candidatos mediante <em>Assessment Center<\/em>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Descrici\u00f3n de condutas<\/strong>. Os evaluadores presentan un informe sobre cada un dos participantes describindo os comportamentos observados nas tarefas asignadas. De momento, non \u00e9 lugar para realizar interpretaci\u00f3ns ou xu\u00edzos respecto diso.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Avaliaci\u00f3n de dimensi\u00f3ns.<\/strong> Os evaluadores de forma independente far\u00e1n a valoraci\u00f3n de cada un dos candidatos en cada unha das dimensi\u00f3ns que se estableceron. Por exemplo: comprensi\u00f3n, autogesti\u00f3n, liderado, eficiencia, etc.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Debate de consenso.<\/strong> Nesta fase os evaluadores realizar\u00e1n un debate de cada unha das puntuaci\u00f3ns que os participantes obtiveron nas dimensi\u00f3ns anteriores. Algunhas delas son:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Xogos de negocios.<\/strong> Son simulaci\u00f3ns de casos reais onde o participante ter\u00e1 \u00e1 s\u00faa disposici\u00f3n todo o necesario para realizar unha tarefa com\u00fan do posto de traballo. Un exemplo de xogo de negocio \u00e9 a t\u00e9cnica denominada <em>In <\/em>Basket na cal se lle presenta ao candidato todos os materiais necesarios para as tarefas (papeis, informes, contactos, etc&#8230;) e exp\u00f3nselle unha situaci\u00f3n real, por exemplo a baixa dun compa\u00f1eiro de traballo que deber\u00e1 cubrir. Desta maneira avaliarase a capacidade de desempe\u00f1o do candidato.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Grupos de discusi\u00f3n.<\/strong> Neste caso exponse un tema relacionado co posto de traballo e dar\u00e1selle un determinado tempo de discusi\u00f3n ao grupo para resolver o problema. Neste caso avaliaremos dimensi\u00f3ns do tipo <a href=\"http:\/\/psicopico.com\/comunicacion-interpersonal-efectiva-las-maximas-conversacionales\/\">comunicativo<\/a>, liderado, <a href=\"http:\/\/psicopico.com\/resistencia-la-persuasion-evitar-manipulados\/\">persuasi\u00f3n<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/psicopico.com\/autoeficacia-profesional-empujon-hacia-exito-laboral\/\">autoconfianza<\/a>, actitude, creatividade&#8230;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Avaliaci\u00f3n entre compa\u00f1eiros<\/strong>. Agora o que se pide \u00e9 que cada candidato aval\u00ede a outro dos participantes nun determinado trazo ou dimensi\u00f3n.
