O meu amigo espertounos a todos recreando de forma conductual, mediante palabras e mesmo movementos, o que estaba a suceder nas s\u00faas fantas\u00edas.\u00a0Sinceramente impresionoume o que o noso cerebro pode chegar a facer de maneira inconsciente. Tranquiliz\u00e1molo e seguiu durmindo.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Terrores nocturnos: a recreaci\u00f3n conductual dos so\u00f1os.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Os terrores nocturnos son un tipo de trastornos do so\u00f1o, concretamente chamados <strong>parasomnias<\/strong>, caracterizados por episodios de espertar bruscos. A pesar de ter os ollos abertos a persoa non est\u00e1 completamente esperta e non \u00e9 f\u00e1cil tranquilizala. Si esp\u00e9rtase de maneira consciente m\u00f3strase aterrorizada e confusa. Previamente ao espertar ad\u00f3itanse preceder prantos ou berros de angustia. Non son problemas graves e adoitan desaparecer na infancia.\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Recomendaci\u00f3ns: <strong>tranquilizar<\/strong>, reconducir \u00e1 cama (sobre todo en sonambulismo).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Non \u00e9 conveniente tratar de espertar<\/strong> (a\u00ednda que non \u00e9 perigoso) xa que a persoa ten unha falta de contacto coa realidade e non servir\u00eda de nada espertalo, o \u00fanico que se conseguir\u00eda \u00e9 que a persoa se asuste e confunda sen necesidade.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Adoptar medidas de seguridade<\/strong> xa que a persoa non coordina os seus movementos adecuadamente, sobre todo si tr\u00e1tase dun caso con sonambulismo. Por exemplo: non durmir na litera superior, pechar a porta da r\u00faa con chave, retirar obxectos perigosos, etc.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Regularizar horarios<\/strong> de so\u00f1o asegurando unha cantidade suficiente de so\u00f1o.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Evitar consumo de ansiol\u00edticos e alcol.\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Regular actividades que impliquen unha alteraci\u00f3n emocional<\/strong>, principalmente durante a tarde-noite.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><strong>Espertares programados.\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Espert\u00e1relos programados \u00e9 a estratexia de tratamento m\u00e1is utilizada para os casos tanto de terrores nocturnos como de sonambulismo. O procedemento require a axuda dun familiar ou achegado que durma coa persoa afectada polo que se require certo adestramento resumido nestes pasos a seguir:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Observar e rexistrar<\/strong> a hora de aparici\u00f3n dos episodios ao longo de aproximadamente d\u00faas semanas para co\u00f1ecer coa maior exactitude posible o momento no que se adoitan producir.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Espertar \u00e1 persoa cada noite entre 15 e 30 minutos antes da hora<\/strong> \u00e1 que se adoitan producir os episodios.
