Por tanto, o\u00a0<strong>presentismo laboral<\/strong>\u00a0fai tam\u00e9n referencia \u00e1s persoas que traballan a pesar de non atoparse nas mellores condici\u00f3ns de sa\u00fade, \u00a0o cal provoca un baixo desempe\u00f1o nas s\u00faas actividades (Aronsson e Gustafsson, 2005).<\/p>\n<p>O presentismo laboral \u00e9 un\u00a0<strong>neoloxismo<\/strong>\u00a0creado como o oposto a o\u00a0<strong>ausentismo laboral\u00a0<\/strong>(ou absentismo laboral), co que poderiamos falar tam\u00e9n de\u00a0<strong>absentismo presencial\u00a0<\/strong>(ausentismo e absentismo son palabras sin\u00f3nimas)<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>polo que se refire ao comportamento onde o empregado at\u00f3pase fisicamente en o\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/psicopico.com\/analisis-puestos-trabajo\/\">posto de traballo<\/a>, a pesar de sufrir problemas de sa\u00fade que lle dificultan concentrarse e levar a cabo as s\u00faas tarefas de forma correcta. Segundo alg\u00fans\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.researchgate.net\/profile\/Gunnar_Aronsson\/publication\/7608260_Sickness_Presenteeism_Prevalence_Attendance-Pressure_Factors_and_an_Outline_of_a_Model_for_Research\/links\/0912f507d8d0d2d457000000.pdf\">estudos<\/a>, nos Estados Unidos, o 83% dos empregados reco\u00f1ece ir a traballar estando enfermo polo menos nunha ocasi\u00f3n durante o ano anterior.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Causas do presentismo laboral.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>O medo a perder o traballo adoita ser a causa m\u00e1is frecuente para este tipo de condutas pero p\u00f3dese producir debido a outros motivos:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Inseguridade laboral<\/strong>. A inestabilidade do mercado laboral &#8220;obriga&#8221; ao empregado a ir traballar a pesar de non atopase fisicamente ben, por temor a perder o emprego.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Responsabilidade.<\/strong>\u00a0O empregado asume o esforzo de acudir a traballar estando enfermo para non prexudicar aos seus compa\u00f1eiros ou equipo de traballo.\u00a0O traballador sente que ten que cumprir coas s\u00faas obrigaci\u00f3ns.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/psicopico.com\/adiccion-al-trabajo-workaholism\/\"><strong>Adicci\u00f3n ao traballo.<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0A xente con esta patolox\u00eda non entende de enfermidades \u00e1 hora de ir traballar.
