Estas pequenas crises persoais poden ser:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Crises evolutivas:<\/strong> son os cambios que se producen de maneira m\u00e1is esperada e que lle suceden \u00e1 maior\u00eda das persoas ao longo da s\u00faa vida. Son exemplos destes os cambios biol\u00f3xicos da adolescencia, as responsabilidades adquiridas, a vellez, as perdas de seres queridos de forma natural, etc.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Crises non normativas:<\/strong> as producidas por feitos inesperados, como poden ser os accidentes, os divorcios ou separaci\u00f3ns, as perdas de traballo, unha grave enfermidade. etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ante estas situaci\u00f3ns p\u00f3dese ou ben quedar estancado e retroceder ou ben introducir cambios na vida para seguir crecendo e madurando. Isto \u00faltimo \u00e9 o que fan as persoas cunha boa resiliencia. Non nacemos cunha forte resistencia mental de seu, sen\u00f3n que desenvolve ao longo das nosas vidas, podemos aprender a habilidade de xestionar as adversidades e potenciar o noso nivel de <strong>resilencia<\/strong> persoal. Cada vez que nos levantamos tras unha ca\u00edda estamos a mellorar a nosa capacidade de resiliencia.<\/p>\n<h1>Os h\u00e1bitos b\u00e1sicos das persoas resilientes.<\/h1>\n<p>Segundo a experta en desenvolvemento de persoas e l\u00edderes empresariais Lolly Daskal as persoas que unha alta resiliencia pos\u00faen 4 h\u00e1bitos b\u00e1sicos:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Est\u00e1n conectados coas s\u00faas emoci\u00f3ns.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Son persoas cunha alta intelixencia emocional e saben como xestionar e controlar as s\u00faas emoci\u00f3ns. \u00c9 un erro suprimir os sentimentos que xera unha situaci\u00f3n de crise. \u00c9 necesario ser consciente do que che est\u00e1 ocorrendo e aprender a ter o control da ansiedade que poder\u00eda xerar unha situaci\u00f3n de crise. Son capaces de transformar estas ideas negativas en intenci\u00f3ns positivas de cambio. Saben como recuperarse.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A palabra resiliencia ten a s\u00faa orixe na palabra latina resilire, que significa saltar de novo. Por tanto, resiliencia significa saber recuperarse das adversidades da vida e saltar a novas oportunidades que a vida pode achegarnos, coa experiencia dos problemas anteriores que axudar\u00e1n a saltar mellor nese trampol\u00edn cara \u00e1 vida. Todos podemos facelo, s\u00f3 hai que saber o como ou aprender a apoiarse en algu\u00e9n (xa sexa profesional ou non) que sirva de bast\u00f3n para poder seguir cami\u00f1ando. Son m\u00faltiples os exemplos de deportistas de elite que souberon recuperarse grazas \u00e1 s\u00faa resistencia mental, como foi o co\u00f1ecido caso do ex-xogador do F.C. Barcelona tras superar un cancro e que volveu \u00e1 competici\u00f3n profesional.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Non necesitan controlar todo.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As persoas con resiliencia alta non necesitan ter todo baixo o seu control.
