Un acontecemento activador (A) desencadea unha serie de pensamentos distorsionados (B, de beliefs en ingl\u00e9s), os cales xeran unha serie consecuencias (C). O exemplo para o caso da celopat\u00eda poder\u00eda ser algo as\u00ed:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Acontecementos (A): \u00c1 t\u00faa noiva escr\u00edbelle un amigo unha mensaxe ao m\u00f3bil.<\/li>\n<li>Pensamentos distorsionados (B): Pensar que est\u00e1 a ligar con outro, ou lle \u00e9 infiel e acabar\u00e1 deixando a relaci\u00f3n e quedarasche s\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li>Consecuencias (C): Sentimentos de tristeza, inferioridade, frustraci\u00f3n e consecuentemente discusi\u00f3ns ou comportamentos celot\u00edpicos m\u00e1is extremos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Evidentemente este esquema non \u00e9 san e a persoa est\u00e1 a desenvolver uns pensamentos m\u00e1is al\u00f3 do que realmente \u00e9 e creando preocupaci\u00f3ns innecesarias que finalmente desencadean en conflitos. Ollo! non permitas caer na tentaci\u00f3n de defender unha relaci\u00f3n controladora e invasiva. A liberdade e a confianza \u00e9 fundamental e se a t\u00faa parella non o cumpre non tes porqu\u00e9 culparche diso.<\/p>\n<h3>T\u00e9cnicas para controlar os celos.<\/h3>\n<p>Estes pensamentos xeren un malestar emocional profundo, como pode ser o caso das persoas que pensan que xeran pensamentos obsesivos sobre o seu f\u00edsico polo feito de que o seu mozo\/moza ha mirado a outra\/ou pola r\u00faa, por exemplo. A persoa celosa ha de anotar que tipos de pensamentos prov\u00f3canlle os celos (por exemplo, unha mensaxe de texto) e reco\u00f1ecer que far\u00eda para comprobar a s\u00faa veracidade (esp\u00edar o m\u00f3bil). Unha vez feito isto, pract\u00edcanse os casos de forma imaxinativa pero sen realizar a conduta de comprobaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Exteriorizar e ter unha vida completa.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Moitas veces as persoas celosas est\u00e1n envorcadas en exclusivamente nas s\u00faas parellas e deixan de lado aos seus amigos, afecci\u00f3ns, familia ou mesmo tarefas dom\u00e9sticas ou laborais. Ademais, se te sentes mal por algunha situaci\u00f3n deste tipo conf\u00eda nun amigo ou familiar que co\u00f1eza a situaci\u00f3n, seguramente sexan m\u00e1is obxectivos que ti e ax\u00fadenche a sa\u00edr do bucle no que est\u00e1s metido.
