Con este sistema de comunicaci\u00f3n o que logramos \u00e9 manter e mellorar as relaci\u00f3ns interpersoais, tanto as m\u00e1is \u00edntimas como as m\u00e1is banais, e de resolver m\u00e1is eficazmente os conflitos dunha forma m\u00e1is honesta e que beneficie positivamente \u00e1s necesidades de todos os participantes na interacci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>O modelo da comunicaci\u00f3n non violenta foi creado por <strong>Marshall Rosenberg<\/strong> en 1984. Neste sistema para manter relaci\u00f3ns positivas cos demais \u00e9 importante centrar a comunicaci\u00f3n nos pensamentos, necesidades e demandas das persoas, e evitando prexulgar ao interlocutor con linguaxes evaluativos. Todo iso evitando facelo desde a culpa, o medo, a provocaci\u00f3n ou as ameazas. dunha forma m\u00e1is compasiva.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Elementos da comunicaci\u00f3n non violenta<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Observar<\/strong>. Se non estamos relativamente atentos ao que sucede \u00e9 posible que entremos en avaliaci\u00f3ns ou prexu\u00edzos f\u00f3ra do que pasa en realidade o que nos levar\u00e1 a expresarnos de forma err\u00f3nea.<\/li>\n<li><strong>An\u00e1lise dos propios sentimentos<\/strong>. Despois de observar hai que diferenciar os sentimentos e pensamentos. Como che sentes? Por exemplo: ofendido, contento, desgustado&#8230;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Expor necesidades<\/strong> logo de identificar os sentimentos co\u00f1ecendo sempre os valores humanos implicados.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Facer unha petici\u00f3n moi espec\u00edfic<\/strong>a. Se queres algo o pides, sen reviravoltas, de forma clara e concreta pero expres\u00e1ndoo en forma de pedido non dunha esixencia. A outra persoa ten que verse motivada a responder.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Exemplo: Nai ao seu fillo: &#8220;Non me gusta ver a roupa sucia tirada polo chan da t\u00faa habitaci\u00f3n (observaci\u00f3n), g\u00fastame que as habitaci\u00f3ns se mante\u00f1an ordenadas (an\u00e1lise de sentimentos e necesidades), feixe o favor de recoller a habitaci\u00f3n e meter a roupa sucia no cubo da roupa sucia (petici\u00f3n concreta)&#8221;. Se a petici\u00f3n produciu unha conduta positiva hai que reforzala positivamente.<\/p>\n<p>Este modelo \u00e1s veces \u00e9 criticado por non ser realista nin adaptativo \u00e1 sociedade actual xa que pareces m\u00e1is susceptible ou vulnerable a posibles ataques de terceiros, pero isto foi probado en sociedades e ambientes tremendamente violentos como prisi\u00f3ns e resultou ser eficaz.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Pautas de comunicaci\u00f3n non violenta<\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Evitar linguaxe est\u00e1tica (bo\/malo, normal\/anormal, correcto\/incorrecto).<\/li>\n<li>Uso dunha linguaxe m\u00e1is din\u00e1mica que poida dar orixe a cambiar a situaci\u00f3n de partida.<\/li>\n<li>Non facer comparaci\u00f3ns.<\/li>\n<li>Evitar palabras que diten sentenza: &#8220;debe&#8221;, &#8220;deber\u00eda&#8221; ou &#8220;ten que&#8221; ou outras que sentencien e esaxeren como: &#8220;nunca&#8221;, &#8220;como sempre&#8221;, &#8220;algunha vez&#8221;, &#8220;sempre que&#8221;, &#8220;a mi\u00fado&#8221;, &#8220;habitualmente&#8221;, &#8220;con frecuencia&#8221; ou &#8220;de cando en cando&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li>Evitar emitir prexu\u00edzos, como dicir que se \u00e9 deshonesto, vago, arrogante, etc<\/li>\n<li>Ser amable no discurso, firme e claro.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Comunicaci\u00f3n asertiva<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>A psicolox\u00eda compara o modelo da comunicaci\u00f3n non violenta de Rosenberg (ou emp\u00e1tica) coa comunicaci\u00f3n asertiva. As caracter\u00edsticas de comunicarse de forma asertiva son as que seguen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Conduta xeral:<\/strong> o suxeito act\u00faa con naturalidade e espontaneidade, escoitando de forma atenta.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Conduta verbal<\/strong>: a persoa asertiva fala obxectivamente, expresa xusto o que quere desde a postura da s\u00faa &#8220;Eu&#8221;, fala cando ten que dicir algo e fala ben de si mesmo se \u00e9 necesario facelo.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Voz:<\/strong> firme, relaxada e ben modulada.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mirada:<\/strong> existe contacto visual, mirada franca e ollos expresivos.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Postura:<\/strong> relaxada e tranquila.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mans:<\/strong> movementos relaxados.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Unha persoa asertiva \u00e9 a que defende o seu dereito a expresarse libremente sen danar aos demais. A asertividad permite \u00e1 xente defenderse das cr\u00edticas ou das petici\u00f3ns excesivas dos demais. Hai que ter en conta que o que non se pretenden sendo asertivo \u00e9 lograr todo o que un quere custe o que custe, nin controlar ou manipular aos demais. O prop\u00f3sito s\u00f3 \u00e9 eser un mesmo, o que mellorar\u00e1 a autoestima e a comunicaci\u00f3n interpersoal.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #000080;\">\u00c1reas da asertividad<\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Autoafirmaci\u00f3n: defender os dereitos, facer petici\u00f3ns e expresar opini\u00f3ns persoais.<\/li>\n<li>Expresar sentimentos positivos: facer e recibir eloxios e expresar agrado e afecto.<\/li>\n<li>Expresi\u00f3n de sentimentos negativos: manifestar desacordo ou desgrado de forma apropiada.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Aceptar as cr\u00edticas<\/p>\n<p>Aceptar erros sen necesidade de sentirse culpable, a\u00ednda que si responsable do feito en cuesti\u00f3n, \u00e9 unha das caracter\u00edsticas m\u00e1is importantes das persoas asertivas. Xa que as cr\u00edticas \u00e1s veces ent\u00e9ndense como ataques persoais ou laborais e a xente pode responder de tres formas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responder con outra cr\u00edtica (modelo agresivo)<\/li>\n<li>Justificarse, escusarse ou negalo (modelo pasivo)<\/li>\n<li>Reco\u00f1ecer a cr\u00edtica se \u00e9 certa sen sentirse mal por iso (modelo asertivo)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Para aceptar cr\u00edticas de forma asertiva \u00e9 necesario ter en conta estas 7 pautas:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Aceptar claramente a cr\u00edtica, se \u00e9 certa.<\/li>\n<li>Negar a cr\u00edtica se non \u00e9 certa, pero sen ofender \u00e1 persoa que a realiza.<\/li>\n<li>Reco\u00f1ecer a cr\u00edtica e non xeneralizar a outras parecidas.<\/li>\n<li>Non reaccionar atacando con outra cr\u00edtica.<\/li>\n<li>Manter un ton de voz adecuado, sen gritar pero tampouco con voz moi d\u00e9bil. Normal.<\/li>\n<li>Manter unha postura relaxada. \u00c1s veces comunicamos co corpo.<\/li>\n<li>Mirar aos ollos \u00e1 persoa que est\u00e1 a realizar a cr\u00edtica.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Todo o mundo quere recibir unha comunicaci\u00f3n honesta e se n\u00f3s tam\u00e9n pomos da nosa parte crearase un clima reconfortante para ambas as partes. Proba a manter unha comunicaci\u00f3n non violenta na t\u00faa d\u00eda a d\u00eda.
