Mentres te sentes culpable est\u00e1s a desperdiciar o tempo presente por comportamentos pasados coma se iso f\u00f3seos a solucionar. \u00c9 o mesmo que pasa coas <span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/psicopico.com\/la-falacia-de-las-preocupaciones-en-la-ansiedad-generalizada\/\">preocupaci\u00f3ns<\/a><\/strong><\/span>, pero nestas \u00faltimas o tempo p\u00e9rdelo preocup\u00e1ndoche polo futuro. A psicolox\u00eda expl\u00edcao.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Non imos entrar a definir o termo xeral de emoci\u00f3n, para iso cunha simple procura en Google ter\u00e1s miles de definici\u00f3ns pero \u00e9 importante recalcar primeiramente en dicir que existen dous tipos de emoci\u00f3ns.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Emoci\u00f3ns b\u00e1sicas ou primarias<\/span><\/strong>: as que ve\u00f1en de serie de forma innata e axudan \u00e1 supervivencia da especie: como a ira, tristeza, noxo, sorpresa ou o medo).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Emoci\u00f3ns aprendidas ou secundarias:<\/strong> <\/span>son as que xorden da aprendizaxe social, do razoamento, a linguaxe e a comunicaci\u00f3n. Neste bloque \u00e9 no que se atopa a culpa, pero tam\u00e9n a satisfacci\u00f3n, o aburrimento, a compracencia ou os celos. Completan ao primeiras pero a s\u00faa funci\u00f3n \u00e9 moito m\u00e1is social.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hai que diferenciar entre a culpabilidade e o aprender das lecci\u00f3ns do pasado. Pero isto son palabras para outros post.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tipos de culpa e exemplos<\/h4>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Culpa residual:<\/strong><\/span> \u00e9 a que conservamos da nosa nenez. De cando \u00e1s veces fac\u00edannos sentirnos avergo\u00f1ados con frases do estilo ameazantes do tipo: &#8220;deber\u00edas sentirche avergo\u00f1ado por suspender&#8221; (somo se iso fose mellorar a nota&#8230;), ou cando un adestrador quit\u00e1bache do terreo de xogo por fallar unha ocasi\u00f3n clar\u00edsima de gol, evidentemente non por facer iso o gol vai volver a entrar. Ou o t\u00edpico que se lle escoita dicir a alg\u00fans pais: &#8220;Se non te comes a sopa, pap\u00e1 xa non vaiche a querer m\u00e1is&#8221;, Todas estas reacci\u00f3ns vanse acumulando nese neno que ser\u00e1 adulto e a longo prazo aprender\u00e1 a que sentirse avergo\u00f1ado e culpable \u00e9 o &#8220;normal&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Culpa autoimpuesta:<\/strong><\/span> \u00e9 moito m\u00e1is molesta que a primeira e fai referencia a sentirse inmobilizado por acci\u00f3ns recentes que non te\u00f1en que ver coa infancia. \u00c9 cando se infrige unha norma ou c\u00f3digo. A dor que sente non vai facer cambiar as cousas. Se un d\u00eda esqu\u00e9ceseche pagar nun bar a consumici\u00f3n e tes malestar por iso&#8230;de que che serve sentirche as\u00ed? O que fixeches est\u00e1 mal e tes d\u00faas opci\u00f3ns: ir pagar a conta ao bar pedindo desculpas ou se non tes opci\u00f3n porque xa che marchaches da cidade, anotalo nas cousas que nunca m\u00e1is volver\u00e1s facer e aprender diso.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esta claro que o malestar xerado pola culpa pode ser de menor ou maior importancia. Non \u00e9 o mesmo sentirche culpable por non felicitar os aniversarios a algu\u00e9n que sentirche culpable por coller o coche b\u00e9bedo. En ambos os casos o refuxiarse nun sentimento de dor insano que che inmobilice non \u00e9 a soluci\u00f3n aos problemas.
