Hasta que encontr\u00e9 un nombre para eso que me pasaba. Y m\u00e1s importante a\u00fan: encontr\u00e9 herramientas para salir adelante.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es el TDPM?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El TDPM es una forma grave del s\u00edndrome premenstrual. Afecta emocionalmente y puede interferir mucho en la vida diaria.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No se trata solo de tener mal humor antes de la regla: hablamos de tristeza profunda, ansiedad intensa, sensaci\u00f3n de desesperanza, cambios de humor bruscos, fatiga extrema e incluso pensamientos negativos muy invasivos. Todo esto aparece generalmente en la fase l\u00fatea del ciclo (es decir, entre la ovulaci\u00f3n y la menstruaci\u00f3n) y se alivia al empezar el periodo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lo m\u00e1s duro del TDPM es que muchas chicas lo viven sin saberlo. Piensan que es algo normal, que es \u201cser mujer\u201d o que ellas tienen la culpa por no saber manejar sus emociones. Y no. No es tu culpa. No est\u00e1s sola. Y no es algo que tengas que soportar en silencio.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>As\u00ed lo viv\u00ed yo<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tras una crisis que deriv\u00f3 en ansiedad generalizada y depresi\u00f3n, empec\u00e9 a notar que, durante varios d\u00edas cada mes, algo en m\u00ed cambiaba. Me volv\u00eda insegura, sensible, me costaba concentrarme y me sent\u00eda agotada emocionalmente.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pensaba que era por estr\u00e9s, por las hormonas, por todo y por nada. Me dol\u00eda que los dem\u00e1s no lo vieran, pero tambi\u00e9n me dol\u00eda pensar que quiz\u00e1 solo estaba exagerando. \u00bfC\u00f3mo explicar que, durante una semana al mes o m\u00e1s, me sent\u00eda otra persona?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tard\u00e9 tiempo en hablar de ello porque ni siquiera lo identificaba, hasta que al apuntar c\u00f3mo me sent\u00eda cada d\u00eda a lo largo de un mes, empec\u00e9 a ver un patr\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fue un alivio y una revoluci\u00f3n. Ponerle nombre a lo que me pasaba fue el primer paso para dejar de vivirlo en silencio.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>C\u00f3mo identificar si puedes tener TDPM<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nadie deber\u00eda autodiagnosticarse sin ayuda profesional, pero s\u00ed puedes empezar a observar tus s\u00edntomas con m\u00e1s conciencia. Llevar un diario me ayud\u00f3 a entender el patr\u00f3n de lo que me pasaba. Hay apps que tambi\u00e9n pueden ayudarte con esto.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Buscar ayuda profesional<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Una psic\u00f3loga o psiquiatra puede orientarte, ayudarte a identificar el TDPM y dise\u00f1ar un plan de tratamiento, que puede incluir desde terapia hasta, en algunos casos, medicaci\u00f3n.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Cuidar mi cuerpo y mi mente<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Dormir bien, moverme, alimentarme con conciencia y descansar cuando lo necesito. Dejar de vivirlo sola lo cambi\u00f3 todo.
