You may click the link to switch the active language.<\/p>Aprender a gestionar la frustraci\u00f3n es necesario, ya que no siempre lograremos todo aquello que nos propongamos, pues, la frustraci\u00f3n se trata de una emoci\u00f3n que se vive cuando un obst\u00e1culo se interpone y nos impide lograr nuestro objetivo.<\/p>\n<p>Puede que se trate de un deseo, una ilusi\u00f3n o un proyecto, pero muchas veces la situaci\u00f3n cambia y, al no cumplirse, nos sentimos impotentes. A su vez, la frustraci\u00f3n despliega otras emociones, tal como la ira o la tristeza. Por ello es tan importante aprender a gestionar la frustraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h2>Aprender a gestionar la frustraci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p>Si algo no se hace realidad, sentimos vac\u00edo, impotencia, enojo, muchas otras emociones que vienen como respuesta al hecho de que nuestras expectativas no fueron cubiertas o cumplidas. Si no aprendemos a gestionar esta emoci\u00f3n, puede que dejemos de perseguir incluso nuestros sue\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>Por suerte, disponemos de la inteligencia emocional, la cual no se rige solo por las emociones, sino por un adecuado pensamiento y desarrollo emocional. La inteligencia est\u00e1 definida como una serie de habilidades que una persona adquiere, bien sea desde peque\u00f1os, o durante el resto de la vida, en la que priman la empat\u00eda, el autocontrol, la motivaci\u00f3n de uno mismo, el entusiasmo y el poder controlar las emociones.<\/p>\n<p>Toleramos la frustraci\u00f3n cuando podemos afrontar de forma adaptativa una situaci\u00f3n que es adversa, no respondemos con agresividad y continuamos con nuestros objetivos. En otras palabras, la inteligencia emocional nos permite alcanzar un nivel alto de madurez y de equilibrio en la vida.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00bfC\u00f3mo se gestiona?<\/h3>\n<p>Algunas pautas para gestionar la frustraci\u00f3n son las siguientes:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Comprender lo que ocurre:<\/strong> tal vez se esconde un sentimiento, una inseguridad o estr\u00e9s que debemos identificar para trabajarlo.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Aceptar:<\/strong> lo que est\u00e1 ocurriendo. No quiere decir que la persona se deba resignar ni conformar, sino asumir lo que ha sucedido, aun si no le agrada. Ya que, al aceptar lo que nos sucede podemos aprender y hacer las cosas de una forma diferente.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Perdonarse:<\/strong> porque has dado lo mejor de ti mismo y no vale el esfuerzo invertir energ\u00eda en autocastigarte. Hiciste lo que pudiste con los recursos que dispon\u00edas.<\/li>\n<li><strong>No pasa nada:<\/strong> si no obtenemos lo que deseamos, la vida contin\u00faa, no sucede nada terrible. Podemos idear otro plan de vida inclusive.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Aunque el malestar es fuerte:<\/strong> no nos destruir\u00e1. As\u00ed que podemos aprender y fortalecernos.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nuestra felicidad no depende de eso:<\/strong> hay muchas cosas que nos pueden hacer sentir felices y alegres en la vida. Es decir, la vida no pende de una sola meta u objetivo.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Enfocarse en buscar la soluci\u00f3n:<\/strong> m\u00e1s que darle peso al malestar.<\/li>\n<li><strong>No tratar de buscar la soluci\u00f3n de una vez:<\/strong> toma tu tiempo y as\u00ed puedes pensar con claridad.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ten confianza en ti mismo:<\/strong> porque tienes las destrezas y las habilidades para hacer frente a esos momentos desagradables y a las experiencias que no son tan buenas.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cambia la estrategia: hoy<\/strong> d\u00eda se sugiere ver el fracaso como una aproximaci\u00f3n al \u00e9xito, pues quien no hace nada, no fracasa y, por lo tanto, tampoco tiene \u00e9xito.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Asimismo, recuerda centrarte en actividades que te ayuden a gestionar las emociones que te causan malestar y con\u00e9ctate con aquellas que te hacen sentir bien.<\/p>\n<p>Nunca tomes las cosas a modo personal; adem\u00e1s, las situaciones que son frustrantes, suelen ser pasajeras.<\/p>\n<p>Recuerda que nada es permanente, la frustraci\u00f3n tampoco se quedar\u00e1 all\u00ed para siempre, porque tenemos la opci\u00f3n de reinventarnos cuantas veces queramos.<\/p>\n<p>Trabaja en tu autoestima, porque querernos a nosotros mismos nos ayuda a manejar mejor la frustraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, no intentes ser perfecto, pues, todos podemos cometer errores, pero podemos seguir aprendiendo y avanzando.<\/p>\n<p>Nunca escatimes pedir ayuda si lo consideras necesario, pues, si el grado de frustraci\u00f3n es muy alto, y te sientes sin salida, busca apoyo con un profesional de la salud mental.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Bibliograf\u00eda:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mustaca, A.
