Tell me how you did it.<\/li>\n<li>Have you ever altered the conventional method of performing a task to understand your way of doing this was more suitable than the company marked you?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Achievement motivation and stress tolerance<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tell me if you&#8217;ve ever scored above the established objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Have you proposed voluntary ever to perform a task?<\/li>\n<li>Tell me about a time when you had to make an extra effort to achieve the goal or challenge that you had proposed.<\/li>\n<li>Explain as was the last difficult situation that you found.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Professional knowledge<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have you attended training classes to improve your skills in a particular task?<\/li>\n<li>Tell me if you&#8217;ve shared your knowledge with a coworker.<\/li>\n<li>What was the last congress, course or seminar you attended?<\/li>\n<li>Other issues to be addressed with the interviewee<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Define yourself professionally.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Define yourself personally.<\/li>\n<li>Where do you see yourself in five years?<\/li>\n<li>Could I ask you about your hobbies?
